With all the news that’s come out about Force India since last night, it’s easy to forget that there’s actually a race on this weekend. But we’re sure that the Pink Panthers will want to temporarily put their struggles behind them this afternoon and concentrate on the on-track action rather than courtrooms and accountants offices! It’s time for the qualifying session for the Hungarian Grand Prix at a circuit that’s been described as “Monaco without the walls.” A little unfair as there are a couple of places to pass round the Hungaroring that the streets of Monte Carlo doesn’t have. But however this place is described, it’s one for the chassis specialists and is also a circuit where 3 future world champions got their debut wins (Damon Hill, Fernando Alonso & Jenson Button) Are we going to see a future champion take the win this weekend (Charles Leclerc, we’re looking in your direction) ot will it be business as usual at the front end? You can’t wina race on Saturday, but you can lose it, so let’s find out…
