After 2 weeks of following the Isle of Man TT, it’s time to get back to 4 wheeled (rather than 2 or 3 wheeled) action with the Canadian Grand Prix. Ferrari “should” have the advantage here with their high power, low drag configuration, but should’s are something that rarely happen in F1 and Mercedes looked to have the advantage in Friday’s sessions, Lewis Hamilton hitting the wall notwithstanding. But Ferrari seemed to put the hammer down in FP3 earlier and we might see a bit of a closer battle at the front. How close remains to be seen, but we’ll find out soon enough…
